Player Bio

Alec Holland has developed into one of Uprising’s most heavily used players, combining durability with a balanced two-way game. His workload expanded across the 2024 and 2025 seasons, and he moved above a 50 percent point-win rate through the first three events of 2026. That progression reflects a player growing alongside Seattle’s broader rise into Sunday contention.
